- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with the original packaging and tags attached.

- Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will evaluate it and provide you with a Return Authorization (if applicable).
- You will be instructed on how to return the product. Please note that the we offer hassle- free return due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or send you the correct product.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product, a refund will be processed provided the product is unused, in original condition, and returned within the 7-day window. Return shipping charges are free of cost.
Note: We are unable to offer refunds on opened or used skincare products, lingerie, and jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Sale or Promotional Items
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for a refund, subject to the same conditions as full-price items. However, please verify any specific promotion terms and conditions for additional restrictions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable once opened or used:

- Lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons)

- Items marked as Final Sale (e.g., clearance items) are not eligible for refunds.
8. International Orders
- If you are returning an item from outside India, please contact our customer service team to obtain specific instructions and information regarding the return shipping process and any customs duties.
- International orders are eligible for refunds, subject to the conditions of this policy. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault with the product or order.
