- They are valid for purchasing any products available on the platform, including clothing, skincare, and accessories etc.
- Multiple e-Gift Cards cannot be combined for a single purchase.
- e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
- If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using other available payment methods.
- If the order value is less than the e-Gift Card amount, the remaining balance will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
- e-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- They cannot be transferred or resold.

- Any refunds for returned items will be credited back to the same e-Gift Card.
