Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Return requests initiated after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items such as lingerie, jewellery, and skincare products (e.g., Luxury Skin Revivant) are not eligible for return and exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Navigate to the "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Initiate Return" and follow the instructions provided.
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with the return shipping details.

Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns (Within India): We provide free return shipping for all eligible domestic returns. Simply follow the instructions provided during the return process to schedule a free pickup.
  • International Returns: Customers outside India are responsible for all return shipping charges, including customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable).

Refund Process
