- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 3,000. For orders below INR 3,000, a flat shipping fee of INR 150 or above will apply.

2. International Shipping
- Delivery Timeline: International orders are delivered within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary based on the destination and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Customs and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receiving the shipment. EYZNORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain international locations may have restrictions on specific products; in such cases, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.
